Colleen Kelley’s mission is to build molecular literacy through imaginative chemistry comic books
Colleen Kelley is the Creator and Founder of Kids’ Chemical Solutions, a comic-book based curriculum for students of all ages. She focuses on creating adventurous storylines and characters to facilitate the chemistry learning process of students, especially from underserved communities where science education is sparse. Her hope is to flatten the curve in chemistry to increase diversity, along with spark discussions with people of all backgrounds and experience levels when solving real world problems.
The CS Media Lab is a Boston-anchored civic science news collective with local, national and global coverage on TV, digital print, and radio through CivicSciTV, CivicSciTimes, and CivicSciRadio. Programs include Questions of the Day, Changemakers, QuickTake, Consider This Next, Stories in Science, Sai Resident Collective and more.
