Fanuel Muindi from the CSML will be attending From Evidence to Action: Building Solutions in Community on November 7, 2026, at Universidad Ana G. Méndez’s Carolina campus in Puerto Rico.
Organized by AAAS Puerto Rico’s Local Science Engagement Network and Ciencia Puerto Rico, the conference aims to “strengthen collaboration between academia and the public” and “Highlight community-led solutions.” It brings together researchers, students, community organizations, and science communicators to explore participatory research, public engagement, and the use of scientific knowledge in policymaking.
