Gitana Savage is a third-year journalism and media & screen studies student at Northeastern University with a minor in Spanish. She serves as the city editor of the Huntington News, Northeastern University’s independent student newspaper and is currently on co-op at Boston City Hall. She is passionate about all things creative and strives for her work to be impactful and informative to the communities she serves. Outside of work Gitana loves reading, watching movies, acting, singing, cooking, and visiting coffee shops. She’s originally from New York City  and looks forward to exploring everything Boston has to offer.
