Elena Reiriz Martínez

Elena is a biologist from Asturias, Spain, with a background in neuroethology. After earning her bachelor’s degree from the University of Oviedo, she completed a master’s in neurobiology of animal behaviour at the University of Würzburg. She later transitioned into science communication, with roles in public engagement at EMBL Heidelberg and PR at a Wadden Sea National Park centre.
